Special Santa is the BEST WAY to start the holiday season! It brings such joy to both families and to the volunteers. Without all of you, Special Santa would never happen and we love and appreciate each and every one of you.

We need your help to deck out Santa's Workshop and support children with disabilities and their families while they create craft projects and enjoy sensory experiences.

If you know a family that would love to make an appointment with Special Santa, they can register at Special Santa.

If you sign up to volunteer, make sure...

• You can stay for the whole time your slot requests.

• All volunteers need to be 14 or older.

• If you are unable to make it, text 425-417-8360.

Lunch is provided for all volunteers. (At 12:00noon for morning shift and 11:30am for afternoon shift.)

All volunteers will receive a special volunteer T-shirt. Additional T-shirts, raffle items and bake sale yummies will be for sale day of.

Day Before Set Up - Come for as much time as you can. So much to do! 

​

Craft Activity/Facilitator - Assists children with a variety of fun holiday crafts and activities. Very fun.

Santa Claus - (Self-explanatory)

 

Mrs. Claus - Escorts families to Santa Claus and keeps everything moving along. 

​

Santa's Elf - Santa's Assistant. Helps in the Santa room with whatever is needed by Santa and the families.

 

Photographer Assistant - Helps with photography production. No experienced required.

​

Staff the Bake Sale, Raffle Table, & T-shirt Sales Table - Assists in sales and refresh display tables. 

​

Photographer Runners - Assists the Santa Photographers.

​

Volunteer Coordinator - Checks in all volunteers. Directs and orients the volunteers.

​

Clean Up! - Many hands make light work! Break down & clean up. Repack for next year! 

​

Bake Sale - Help provide goodies and treats for our Bake Sale.
